Dancing Doula

My name is Jessica Pretz. I am a mother of 3 children, ages 8, 6 and 3 years old.  My husband and I took the bradley method of natural childbirth in 2002. We delivered our daughters in Hawaii at a military hospital. We had C.N.M. for both births. I had no pain medications, no episiotomy, no iv, no monitors and not even a tear with both of them. I really wanted a home birth but at the time my husband wasn't comfortable doing so. I was pleasantly surprised that we could have such a great birth experience even in a hospital setting. Our son was born at home in 2007 using a midwife, my husband got to catch him as he was being born. I have been breastfeeding for 8 years STRAIGHT and I have quite a bit of experience in that area as well. I also baby wear and have taught baby wearing classes in the past. Last but not least we practice Attachment Parenting, so I can be your support way beyond birth! I am passionate about Natural childbirth and I would love to support you through this beautiful time of your live. I am trained through DONA(doulas of north america).
