Birth Doula Services

l meet with you for a single prenatal consultation.  At this extended meeting, I will gather information about your wishes for labor and childbirth and help you develop your birth plan.  I help empower  you and/your partner to prepare for the physical and emotional aspects of childbirth.    

After your initial prenatal meeting,  I will keep periodic contact with you by phone and/or email, to help support you through the remainder of your pregnancy and help answer any questions or concerns you may have as your due-date approaches.  Once in labor, you will contact me and I will meet you at your home or your birth place, and remain with you for the remainder of your labor, birth and immediate postpartum period.    

Following delivery, your doula will meet with you within 2 weeks of your baby’s birth to conduct a postnatal visit.  During this meeting, she will help you to process your birth experience, assist with newborn and new-mom concerns and provide you with a personally written birth record to document your labor and your baby’s birth.

Cash or Check (Discount): $420 Half due at first prenatal , retainer due no more than 2 weeks post partum.

 **Every woman who wishes to have a doula, should have one so please contact me and we can discuss cost. 

Childbirth Education:

Private classes $40 for each 2 hour session, discount for 3 or more classes

Group classes available as time permits
